1. How does a typical event work?
Guests arrive half an hour before "take off", served a welcome drink and taken through the registration process. Guests are then taken in pairs to their respective seats where they are fastened in using three safety belts. Once all the safety checks are complete starters are served and we "take off" for our first session in the sky, this lasts approximately 45 minutes and the platform is then lowered to the ground where guests are welcome to take a comfort break. During the second lift guests are treated to the ‘theatre’ of our chef cooking their meal which is served to taste followed by a decadent dessert. After the exclusive Dinner in the Sky experience all guests are invited to join us for coffee or tea, Belgian chocolates and a variety of cheeses in a marquee back on the ground.
